Terms and Conditions for Trade House Funds

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Trade House Funds (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

To participate in the $100K Single-Step Challenge, you must create an account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that all activity under your account complies with these terms.

2. Challenge Overview

  • The $100K Single-Step Challenge offers traders the opportunity to earn a funded trading account after completing the challenge requirements.

  • You will be required to pay an initial fee to participate in the challenge. Payment details and terms will be provided on our website.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: We accept payments through various approved payment processors and may change from time to time. Fees for the challenge are non-refundable after completion of the registration process unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for participation fees. However, we provide a 90-day retake if you do not pass the challenge, or we will offer support to help you succeed.

4. 90-Day Retake Guarantee

If you do not pass the evaluation after the 90 day period, you are eligible for a free retake or support services to help you complete the challenge. You must request the retake or support within 90 days from your first attempt. This retake guarantee does not apply if you violate the terms of the challenge and/or breach the rules. It only applies if you have executed at least on trade during your 90 days and have failed to reach the required profit threshold to pass the evaluation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, and text, are the property of Trade House Funds. You may not use, reproduce, or modify our content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our website or participation in the challenge.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
